The Difference You Will MakeSTERIS is looking add some sparks in Australia! As our business grows, we are looking to further strengthen our business by hiring a Channel Partner Manager to develop and manager relationships with Channel Partners.
You will develop, maintain, review and update business guidelines, policies, and procedures for the Channel Partner business. Manage and motivate the assigned Channel Partners in the ANZ territory to facilitate the achievement of company and commercial objectives. You will manage Channel Partners to sell STERIS products to Healthcare Customers within the assigned region, ensure high Customer satisfaction and maintain sound relations with Channel Partners through collaboration, correspondence and personal contact. Also, you identify and specify new opportunities for future STERIS products, markets, and new applications for current products and technology.
What You Will DoDevelop and manage relationships with existing and potential partners to expand our market presence.Identify new partnership opportunities through market research and networking.Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements in line with STERIS's strategic goals and policies.Provide partners with the necessary product training, support, and resources to effectively market and sell our offerings.Collaborate with the marketing team to co-develop marketing materials and campaigns tailored to our partners' needs.Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and regulatory requirements in our partnerships.Organize and participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote STERIS products and technologies.Coordinate with the sales and product development teams to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.Provide regular feedback from partners to STERIS management to help shape product development and marketing strategies.Manage and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise with partners in a timely and effective manner.Achieve and seek to exceed assigned sales and partnership targets – whilst operating within approved financial and legal compliance requirements.Ensure accurate and timely reporting of partnership and internal performance metrics, including marketing and forecast requirements.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and optimizing partnership strategies and processes.Act as a brand ambassador for STERIS, upholding and promoting our values and reputation in all interactions.Your ExpertiseBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in a channel partner role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.Strong understanding of the healthcare or related industry's market dynamics and challenges.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Experience in developing and implementing strategic partnership plans.Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend events.High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical business practices.Role location is STERIS Melbourne offiice.You need work rights to apply for this position, based in Melbourne, Australia.
