The Channel Marketing Manager, reporting to the Head of Growth and Marketing, is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing channel marketing strategies and co-marketing programs to drive growth and revenue through our partner ecosystem.
This role requires close collaboration with the Head of Partner & Business development sales, product, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive channel marketing plans and execute co-marketing campaigns to support partner growth and achieve lead-generation and revenue targets.Identify key market opportunities and develop targeted marketing programs.Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.Provide partners with the necessary tools, training, and resources to successfully market and sell our products.Design and execute co-marketing campaigns with channel partners.Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimise results.Develop and distribute marketing materials tailored to the needs of channel partners.Ensure consistency and alignment with the overall brand messaging and positioning.Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of channel marketing programs.Regularly report on channel marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.3+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or a similar role.Strong understanding of channel sales and marketing dynamics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.Proficiency in HubSpot.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.Goals and Objectives: Achieve or exceed revenue targets through effective channel marketing strategies.Increase partner engagement and satisfaction by providing exceptional marketing support and resources.Develop and execute high-impact co-marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and sales.Ensure all channel marketing activities are aligned with ProSpend's brand and messaging.Continuously gather and analyse market data to refine strategies and stay ahead of the competition.Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
