We are actively sourcing an experienced Change Manager to join our Digital & Technology (D&T) Network Modernisation Project Team in St Vincent's Health Australia. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that changes to business processes, systems and technology are implemented smoothly and efficiently. You will plan, coordinate, and manage the change process, reducing delays and ensuring stakeholders are informed, engaged and supportive.
This position is Fixed Term Full Time, available on a 12 month contract and is available in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain effective relationships and provide regular updates to the Project Executive and the business ownersEngage, connect, and manage project stakeholders to leverage synergies and economies of scaleDevelop and execute change management strategies tailored to the network modernisation projectConduct detailed impact analyses to understand the effects of network changes on various departments and operationsIdentify key stakeholders and create comprehensive communication plans to keep them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycleDesign and implement communication strategies to inform stakeholders about the benefits, impacts, and timelines of the network modernizationDevelop and distribute communication materials, such as newsletters, emails, presentations, and FAQsFacilitate regular update meetings and briefings to address concerns and gather feedbackEnsure that projects are carried out with the appropriate SVHA Change methodology and governanceGuide the project change, communication and customer focus strategies while ensuring project plans are effectively deployedQualifications: Technical Change and/or Project Management experience with a focus on Information Communication Technology or network infrastructure projects – minimum 10+ yearsProven success managing large scale change initiatives and projects in a similar, large and complex organisation – preferably within the Healthcare sectorExceptional presentation, written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levelsDemonstrated track record in applying Change Management principles, methodologies and toolsAbility to manage, guide, and support multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a high pressure environmentBenefits: Ability to visibly see your impact on the business and its serviceCompetitive salary packaging optionsDiscounted private health insuranceEmployee Assistance Program for staff and their familiesAccess to the Fitness Passport (FP)Why Join St Vincent's Health Australia: Because there is so much heart here.
