Change Manager

THE ROLEAs the Change Manager, you will oversee the implementation of technology changes to support the department's objectives. In this role, you will assess the impact of changes, develop tailored change management strategies, and ensure smooth transitions for stakeholders. You'll collaborate with IT teams and end-users to enhance adoption and minimise disruption while conducting impact assessments and maintaining documentation. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in change management within an ICT environment, strong analytical and communication skills, and relevant certifications.
