Job Description: Organisation Change in Perth
Required Technical Skill Set: Develop and manage Project Change Management strategy with confidence, synthesise numerous analytic efforts to draw meaningful conclusions, identify implications for recommendations, and achieve client buy-in. Understand and have hands-on experience on various Change Management frameworks and methodologies. Drive a rigorous and structured approach for identifying and solving business problems that leads to strategic insights. Interact comfortably with stakeholders at all levels at the client side - present analysis and recommendations, facilitate workshops, and negotiate or influence on significant matters. Deliver effective and engaging presentations, with conformity to language and tone based on prescribed guidelines. Have experience and extensive exposure in performing the Change Management activities, Stakeholder Engagements, Communication, Change Agent Network Business Readiness, Learning & Development which could be demonstrated through real-life case examples. Track record on how to drive and execute communication in an innovative way, have the capabilities to think new, pushing boundaries, using the advantage of digitalization, and by using new types of channels like social influencers. Able to lead the Learning & Development stream, understand the concepts and have implemented gamification and modern ways of learning, where teachings are more focused on innovation and understanding than classroom learnings. Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders within the TCS account teams. Understand the basics of Agile, IoT, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Enable culture changes in these ecosystems and drive changes one or all the Industry 4.0 enablers. Desired Competencies: Must-Have: Experience of leading Organisational Change Management initiatives for mid to large scale Business Transformation projects/programs. IT industry experience specifically worked in large scale IT led business transformation programs, more specifically outsourcing initiatives. Strategic thinking. Entrepreneurial, proactive, and productive. Result-oriented, fast learner, self-driven and hardworking. Team player, open-minded, optimistic, and approachable. Flexible and creative - ability to propose innovative ideas, build empathy within the firm and win the trust of the clients. Good-to-Have: Certification in OCM PROSCI or any other change framework.
Responsibilities: Prepare Change Strategy and Plan. Drive/Facilitate Key stakeholder alignment. Identify and Engage Stakeholders. Perform Change Impact analysis and assess Stakeholder Readiness. Prepare and execute Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Plan. Perform Training Needs Analysis and Prepare Training Plan.
