Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in change management? Do you have a passion for customer experience, digital applications and Cyber Security? If so, this could be your next assignment. Our client is seeking a Change and Communications Manager to join a dynamic and innovative project team. You will be responsible for leading and facilitating the adoption of new initiatives and processes across the organisation. You will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure that the change is aligned with the business objectives and delivered in a timely and effective manner.
You will have the following responsibilities:
Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to identify the needs and expectations of the affected group. Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximise employee engagement and minimise resistance. Design and deliver change communication and training activities that enhance user awareness and readiness. Monitor and evaluate the change outcomes and benefits, and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement. Manage change risks and issues, and escalate them as appropriate. What you'll need to succeed Substantial experience in change management roles, preferably in a digital environment. Proficiency in change methodologies, preferably Prosci. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to navigate complexity and adapt to evolving project landscapes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of initiative, creativity, and collaboration with the ability to plan and organise events to foster innovation and engagement. Previous exposure to Cyber Security will be highly regarded. What you'll get in return
