Change Manager

Details of the offer

Are you an experienced Change Manager, with a proven track record of leading change related initiatives during large scale transformations? Can you lead teams and influence a diverse range of stakeholders?
If so, I'd love to discuss the following opportunity that we are working on, in partnership with one of Australia's leading utilities providers. This organisation is embarking on exciting new project work and requires a Change Manager on a contractual basis to lead a number of change initiatives.
The hiring team has a preferred start date of Mid November, so it will only be suitable for people currently in-between roles or with a contract conclusion date in the next 2 weeks. Initial 6 month contract with the view to extend.
Key Responsibilities: Change and Communications Strategy: Develop, define, and execute comprehensive change and communications strategies to support key enterprise applications and complex work ordering systems. Hands-On Execution: Lead the hands-on delivery of change initiatives, ensuring that plans are effectively executed and aligned with organizational goals. Change Activities: Design and implement change-related activities, including creating communication materials and conducting training sessions to facilitate smooth transitions. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, from senior executives to field teams, ensuring engagement and support throughout the change process. Feedback and Adjustment: Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve change initiatives and address any challenges that arise. Qualifications: Comprehensive understanding of the utilities industry, with a focus on electricity and gas. Proven experience in defining and executing change and communications strategies, particularly for enterprise applications and business processes. Strong background in managing complex work ordering systems and processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills. This will be a hybrid role, with 2-3 days in the North Sydney office.
Please register your interest by 'applying' for this role, and I will be sure to reach out to the candidates that I think most align with the company's vision for this role.
