About the role In this newly created position as Change Manager, you will plan and deliver change management activities to support the successful implementation of TAC's Make Every Day Matter Strategy.
You will work within the Enterprise Transformation Division to support enterprise-wide and cultural change activities.
The role will leverage Change Management methodology and best practice thinking, and help build internal change management acumen and leadership capability.
About the Team An exciting opportunity exists to join the newly created Enterprise Change team within the Transformation Engagement branch in the Enterprise Transformation Division.
You will be joining a newly established, driven and collaborative team where you will have the opportunity to influence change during an exciting time at the TAC.
What we're looking for Significant experience and success in developing and implementing change programs Demonstrated experience working with project teams, including delivery of projects from scope to completion Proven organisational and negotiation skills with the ability to manage competing demands Highly developed change management, project management, customer focus, communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to engage, influence, collaborate, leverage networks and negotiate at all levels throughout the organisation Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong networks and operate as a trusted advisor to the business at all levels Why you'll love it here There's more to work than a competitive salary and amazing employee benefits.
