ResponsibilitiesIn consulting there is no shortage of variety and challenge.
You will have a brilliant and collaborative team on your side as you work with our clients to navigate business challenges, implement new ways of working, or drive solutions for meaningful change.
Responsibilities will vary but may include:
Lead the development and implementation of change management strategies, plans, and activities to support organizational transformation initiatives.Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to assess change impacts, stakeholder analysis, and change readiness assessments.Design and execute change management communication plans to effectively articulate the benefits and vision of the change initiatives.Develop training materials, facilitate workshops, and deliver engaging presentations to educate and inspire employees to embrace change.Employ change management methodologies, tools, and techniques to drive successful adoption and minimize resistance.Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support to senior leaders and project teams throughout the change lifecycle.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change interventions, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for adjustments as needed.RequirementsWe are looking for applicants with 5 years plus experience in Change Management.
