Here at Mars Petcare Australia, home of great brands such as Pedigree, Dine and Whiskas, we believe in Creating a Better World for our Pets.As our Digital Change Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing an effective change management strategy for the Digitalise 'The Core and Growth' initiatives in Pet Nutrition ANZ.As part of this role, you will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.This is a pivotal role, where you will create and implement change management strategies including plans that maximize associate adoption of strategic changes while minimizing resistance.What will be your key responsibilities?Focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.Working directly with the Digital Product and Program Teams and 3rd parties to deploy the program capturing the Associates' hearts and minds for the changes, embed behavior shifts, and maximizing the desired results of the initiatives.In partnership with the PN APAC CDIO and their team, provide insights to the program team to define their goals and expectations in leading through change, including their levels of commitment and ability to influence the change process, delivering upon the vision of the respective initiatives.Change Management Value Equity – education and engagement strategy for key stakeholders on what Change Management is, their role and what they can expect.Run Change Management Kick-starter sessions for key initiatives in their Definition stage to assess their size, scale and complexity.
