6 Month contract with potential extensionThis role will be providing a wide range of support services to facilitate effective and efficient delivery of organizational change and the adoption of information systems and technology services for a large State Government Department.
Key Responsibilities: Support the Director Change Management, Project Directors and Project Managers in executing business & organisational change to make a difference within our community.Apply a structured methodology to lead change management activities.Lead, plan and deliver project communication.Assess change impacts and develop strategies and plans to address.Undertake stakeholder analysis, develop engagement strategies and plans.Create the change management approach.Develop the change management plans.Identify, analyse, and prepare change focussed risk mitigation.Identify and manage anticipated change resistance and develop actions to address.Support and engage Program and Project leadership in managing and communicating organisational change.Plan, conduct, and continually review both training material, and training across the entire organisation.Evaluate and ensure user readiness and transition strategies and plans.Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.Develop the training plan and support training efforts during deployments.Track and report issues that may arise during the deployment.What you will Bring: Demonstrated 5+ years' experience in organisational change management roles, including design and implementation of structured change.Demonstrated experience in developing digital training material during continual software development lifecycles.Communication strategies contributing to the successful delivery of complex ICT projects.Demonstrated experience delivering ICT projects involving significant business change.Demonstrated experience participating in project delivery teams, comprising of a mix of employees, contractors and vendors.Demonstrated excellent written, verbal and negotiation skills with the ability to comfortably engage with end users and the program team.If the above role sounds like the next exciting opportunity and career move for you, please apply below. This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading.
