Based in Macquarie Park, Sydney - or Canberra ACT, the Change Management Lead is responsible for ensuring effective change policies, processes, and practices. The Change Lead will support Optus ISO20000 certification through accurate record keeping and document management. This role includes vendor management and requires strong relationship management within Optus Enterprise and other collaborators, including Senior Managers and Directors.

Lead a team of Change Managers, Specialists, and Release Managers to deliver Change governance and quality across Optus Enterprise.Drive Team development and engagement, you will lead and participate in Continual Service Improvement Initiatives.Lead and participate in Change Management process and ITSM tool integrations.Develop actions to rectify and improve service performance levels for internal and external customer teams.Attend regular Governance forums across accountable capabilities with vendors and internal stakeholders including Customer and Optus Change Advisory Boards.Provide effective management of ITIL based Change Management processes to ensure successful delivery of services and initiate solutions to improve quality and efficiency.Provide operational governance and risk reporting in line with the adopted ITSM/ITIL V4 framework and ISO20k and 27K Certifications.Manage the delivery of Change training to drive improvement recommendations against ITSM/ITIL framework and standard process.It starts with you!
