We are seeking a Change Management Lead to drive impactful change as part of our One Council project team.
What You Will Be Working On As the Change Management Lead in our Corporate Services Directorate, you will be pivotal to the City's digital transformation journey through the One Council Program. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will lead change management initiatives to ensure seamless transitions as each ERP module is implemented, driving improvements in our business processes and enhancing the customer service experience.
Key responsibilities include: Change Strategy & Execution: Developing and executing change and communication management plans that align with the City's strategic goals.Leadership and Support: Guiding teams across the City to adopt new systems and business practices.Stakeholder Engagement: Fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders to drive engagement and readiness for change.Business Transition Management: Overseeing the business transition process, coordinating change and communications initiatives, and ensuring benefits realization.Building a change-ready culture: Managing training and mentoring teams to ensure a sustainable and consistently applied change methodology across the City.About You You are an experienced change leader with a strong track record in successfully delivering organizational change in complex environments with demonstrated experience and knowledge of change management frameworks, principles, methodologies, processes, and tools.You possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to foster positive relationships and engage teams across all levels.You are passionate about digital transformation and adept at navigating stakeholders through change while keeping the focus on customer experience and business efficiency.You are able to prioritize multiple projects, change elements, and deliverables when faced with competing change priorities.What it is Like Working Here We are a values-led organization guided by our belief that we:
