Job Description Assist the Banquet manager and F&B Manager to supervise banquet operations Assist the F&B Manager in setting departmental strategies and goals to achieve operational targets Perform accurate reconciliation of daily cash controls Record the working hours of each staff and process weekly payroll Ensure all food and beverages are set up and served as per company standards Coordinate and manage all activities of food service operations Maintain inventory of food materials, equipment, linens, and paper supplies to avoid any shortages Supervise the culinary operation team to provide a variety of food items to attract customers Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Organize and execute banquet events to ensure customer satisfaction Provide outstanding customer service for repeat business and profitability Address customer needs and requests promptly Adhere to budgetary guidelines and control expenses accordingly Qualifications Previous leadership experience in a Banquet Department is required (1 year minimum experience) managing all aspects of meeting spaces Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required University/College degree in a related discipline preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Highly responsible & reliable Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to work cohesively as part of a team Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times Requires open availability; must be able to work all shifts; evenings, mornings, weekends, and holidays Additional Information Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion : We are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
