The Change Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing the Change management plan for the launch of a major, business critical digital initiative.
The role will act as the primary point of contact and coordination for communicating, engaging and embedding the new processes related to the digital implementation.
The role includes developing the overall plan, obtaining approval and support, and implementing it across communications, training, embedding process change, launch, hypercare and stabilisation.
This is a key role in the transition of the project to BAU and to ensure that the new capabilities which are delivered are documented and understood in order that testing, training, delivery and adoption of the new system and processes are managed successfully, and to then support transition to new ways of working to a stable, high-volume, business-as-usual state.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies that minimize employee resistance and maximize engagement.
You will work closely with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to ensure that changes are effectively communicated and adopted.
This is a Temporary Full -Time Opportunity for 6 months. How you'll make an impact Change Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive change management strategies that align with organizational goals.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify the impacts of changes and facilitate discussions to ensure buy-in.Communication Planning: Create and execute communication plans to inform and engage employees about changes, using various channels.Training and Support: Develop training programs and materials to equip employees with the skills needed to adapt to changes.Monitoring and Reporting: Assess the effectiveness of change initiatives through metrics and feedback, providing regular updates to leadership.Resistance Management: Identify potential resistance points and develop strategies to address concerns and promote acceptance.Culture and Change Advocacy: Foster a culture that embraces change by promoting positive attitudes and behaviors towards transformation.What you'll bring to Honda Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related roles.Proven track record of leading successful change initiatives in a complex environment.Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and adapt to changing environments.Relevant certifications (e.g., Change Management Professional) are a plus.Why Join Honda Australia?
