Summary:
Our client, a leading Defence Consultancy, is seeking a Change Management Lead to drive the strategic development and execution of change management strategies.
This role is critical in supporting a large, organisation-wide transformation, aligning with PROSCI methodologies to ensure the success and sustainability of key initiatives.
About the Position:
As the Change Management Lead, you will design and implement change management strategies for a large-scale, organisation-wide transformation project.
You'll drive stakeholder engagement, manage resistance, and ensure the adoption of new practices across the organisation.
You'll also conduct impact assessments, develop mitigation plans, and provide strategic guidance to ensure successful outcomes.
About You:
You will be an experienced Change Management professional who has either led or been a significant contributor to large change projects, whether whole-of-organisation or whole-of-government.
You have a proven ability to gain stakeholder buy-in, manage resistance, and deliver sustainable change.
Your experience in PROSCI (or equivalent) methodologies makes you a valuable asset in guiding transformation initiatives.
An additional requirement will be your effectiveness to train and guide those around you (APS staff) to ensure they are effective contributors to this project.
