About the job We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on Change Management Director to lead major transformation initiatives across the organization. In this role, you'll balance big-picture strategy with detailed execution, driving digital, structural, and process changes that improve operations and elevate the employee experience.
You'll lead end-to-end transformations, guide a talented team, and foster a collaborative, growth-focused environment. If you thrive on delivering real impact and empowering teams to achieve exceptional results, we want to hear from you.
What you'll do Lead large-scale transformation initiatives, including digital and process change. Re-engineer workflows and implement strategies to improve efficiency. Drive change with a human-centered approach, ensuring employee readiness and support. Oversee complex, multi-phase projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. Provide strategic leadership to the Change Team, coaching and mentoring for success. Measure the impact of change efforts and continuously optimize strategies. What you'll have Experience in leading large-scale organizational and digital transformations. Strong track record of managing complex change projects. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Human-centered approach to change management. Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci, Kotter) is a plus. About You We are looking for a resilient and adaptable leader with a hands-on approach and a strategic mindset. You are empathetic and people-focused, guiding teams through change with care and attention to their experience. Comfortable driving complex transformations, you balance big-picture thinking with detailed execution, ensuring both operational success and a positive impact on employees. Your ability to inspire, coach, and mentor teams makes you a natural leader in navigating organizational change.
