Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Strategic Change Lead to drive and manage transformational change across a large-scale ERP program. This role will lead a cross-functional team of change managers, business analysts, and trainers to ensure the alignment of service design and operating models with strategic objectives. You will be instrumental in developing and executing change strategies that align with organizational goals, delivering tangible outcomes across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of change strategies across the ERP program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Collaborate with senior management and C-level executives to prioritize and deliver finance transformation initiatives.Provide thought leadership on best practices in change management and operating model transformation.Lead and coordinate communication, engagement, and training strategies to ensure a seamless transition and adoption of new processes.Partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure consistent service design and operating model implementations.Key Challenges:Providing a unified view of all change activities across multiple programs.Applying consistent change methodologies across diverse projects.Establishing yourself as a strategic change partner with executive sponsors.Qualifications and Experience:Change Management Certification.Expereince in delivering a Workday transformation in a complex environment.A minimum of 15 years' experience in a complex, large-scale organization.Proven success in leading change and transformation in large-scale programs.Experience in developing and implementing change, operating model, and service design strategies.Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders.What you'll get in return:Earn $250K total package.2 year fixed-term contract.Embark on a high profile program from end to end.
