Change Lead – Information Technology (12-month Contract)Position DescriptionThis exciting role offers the chance to showcase your skills in leading change management as part of our digital transformation journey. Our project to implement a new cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system has only just commenced, and you will be a key part of this project. You will also have a great opportunity to design and implement a robust change management framework to deliver on our people and process outcomes.This is a part-time (12-month contract, with possible extension) role with the option of flexible hours to align with our project lifecycle.What You'll Be Doing:Change Management - develop and deliver robust plans to address people, process, and technology change components of larger enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation.Customer Fulfilment – support business owners in the transition to new processes and ways of working.Team Player - Ready to jump in and take on any task?
