About the role As a Change Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the successful adoption and integration of changes within TAFE NSW, focusing on people, culture, processes, capability, and ways of working.This role is instrumental in designing, coordinating, and implementing change management solutions to mitigate the impacts of change and create a positive employee experience. Your day to day will involve engaging and collaborating with key stakeholders across the change programand broader organisation to analyse change impacts, refine change plans, build change readiness, and facilitate/coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
This is a temporary full-time role until 30th June 2025.
