Job Description Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Implement Change Communications Strategy: Craft compelling narratives that explain the why behind changes, highlighting benefits and impacts on staff and customers.Content Creation: Write and edit content for various platforms, including SharePoint, external websites, EDMs, Town Hall meetings, and communications for CEOs and General Managers.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with the CIO, project leaders, and broader teams to gather insights and share stories, ensuring consistent and clear communication across all channels.Support for Customer Service and Planning Teams: Assist in the transition to new systems, focusing on customer-facing services, data accuracy, and improved reporting.Process Reviews: Work closely with the IT and comms teams to map out and refine existing processes, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.Project Management: Manage the communications aspects of the project, including scheduling, delivery, and monitoring of communication materials.
