Change And Training Specialist

12 month ongoing contract to support an enterprise Org Change and Training program Must be Australian Citizen Top of the market rate / salary – Start in Jan 2025 Our client is currently on the lookout for a Change and Training Analyst to support an Enterprise Organisational Change Program.
Working closely with the Change Manager and the Training Manager, you will be responsible for managing change initiatives and developing training programs related to the program.
This role ensures that upcoming changes are effectively implemented, communicated, and adopted by end-users.
You will also work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs, create educational materials, and facilitate training sessions to support the successful adoption of the solutions.
Requirements: 5+ years in a change and training role Sound understanding of, and experience with, change processes and workflows at various stages of the implementation of a major transformational project Must have experience in developing training plans and delivering training Facilitation skills in a stakeholder group setting at all levels of the organization Strong communication and presentation skills High level of computer literacy Must have Australian citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance (if required) Benefits: Secure 12 month contract with ongoing extensions Flexible contract option – Daily Rate or fixed term Top of the market rate / salary Interview and start ASAP If you would like to know more please contact Sean Mantri on 0420 425 141 / ****** or hit Apply Now!
