Change and Release Manager – Upcoming Opportunity Change Management :
Oversee the planning, approval, and implementation of changes to government IT systems and services, ensuring minimal disruption and alignment with business objectives.
Release Management :
Manage the scheduling, coordination, and deployment of software releases, patches, and updates in line with government policies and procedures.
Risk and Impact Assessment :
Evaluate the risks, impacts, and benefits of proposed changes and releases, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.
Quality Assurance :
Ensure that all changes and releases undergo appropriate testing, validation, and quality assurance processes before deployment.
Documentation and Reporting :
Maintain detailed records of all changes and releases, producing regular reports for senior management on performance, compliance, and outcomes.
Service Transition :
Manage the transition of new services and systems from development into live environments, ensuring they are fully operational and meet required service levels.
