This groundbreaking initiative, aims to enhance the timeliness and quality of data collection and utilisation. About the Role Develop comprehensive strategies and detailed plans for change, communications, and engagement in collaboration with program partners and team members. Cultivate a deep understanding of the program's changes, timelines, and rationales, and effectively communicate these to diverse stakeholders. Foster and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities and private enterprises. Coordinate efforts across internal and external teams to assess and support stakeholder readiness for change. About You Proven track record in developing clear communications content for diverse stakeholders using various channels. Demonstrated experience in large-scale government ICT and/or complex data system programs. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, both written and oral, with the ability to cultivate positive relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in program priorities and direction.
