Operations Associate

Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Operations Associate to join our team at Penske Automotive Group in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in operations or a related field.

Responsibilities:1. Assist with daily operations tasks, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination.2. Conduct analysis of operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.3. Support decision-making processes by providing relevant insights and information.4. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective operations.5. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations activities.6. Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the overall goals of the organization.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred.2. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.6.
