We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales strategy, build strong client relationships, and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving growth in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Sales Operations : Oversee proposals, contracts, and reporting, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Market Engagement : Represent the company at industry events and stay updated on market trends.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in construction or real estate.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Data-driven mindset with excellent organisational skills.
A qualification in Business, Sales, or Marketing is highly desirable.
