About the Role:
The Organisational Development and Quality Advisor is a key role within our Strategy, Growth, and Business Optimisation team, providing leadership and expertise to drive continuous improvement and ensure regulatory compliance.
This role focuses on enhancing workforce capability, implementing best-practice frameworks, and fostering a culture of quality and innovation across the organisation.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for staff, clients, and stakeholders while upholding the highest standards of care and safety.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, including accreditation and regulatory requirements.
Leading proactive and remedial actions related to audits or inspections (NDIS, OCG, AHRC).
Providing safeguarding advice and promoting client safety in line with legislative requirements.
Designing, delivering, and evaluating workforce capability programs such as Probation, Organisational Induction, and Leadership & Mentoring.
Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and frameworks to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
Building strong relationships across the organisation to foster open communication, innovation, and ownership of performance.
Driving continuous quality improvement initiatives and contributing to strategic projects.

About You:
Essential
Understanding of (or ability to rapidly learn) the legislative and regulatory environment for disability and child-safe services.
Knowledge of human rights and person-centred approaches in service delivery.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups.
Proven experience in organisational development and continuous improvement initiatives within complex service delivery environments.
Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
Commitment to reflective practice and delivering education and training.
A positive, adaptive attitude to evolving environments.
Desirable
Experience in the not-for-profit, disability, or child protection sectors.
Experience in leading or participating in audits or quality reviews.
Requirements:
A degree, qualification, or equivalent experience in Management, Social Services, or Quality Management.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
Current NSW Working with Children's Check.
NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Current Police Check.
COVID-19 vaccination certificate.
