CFO Responsibilities: Support CEO to drive turnaround, transformation, and expansion.Provide full financial support, compliance, treasury, team leadership, and development.Deliver relevant management information and commercial analysis to drive process and increased efficiency, profitability, and cost management across the business.Qualifications: CA/CPA qualified with several years of experience in either a Financial Controller or CFO role within a multi-site retail, fashion, or wholesale environment.Experience in business support and balance sheet management, cash flow, financing, compliance (taxation and corporate returns), corporate structure, and commercial administration.Exposure to IT and/or Supply chain, and experience in a turnaround or transformational environment is a plus.Key Attributes: Hands-on approach with the ability to communicate with and support all levels throughout the operation (from store manager to Chairman).Understanding of internal controls, processes, and systems.Proven leadership by example, with a focus on improving service, meeting deadlines, and accuracy.Passionate about understanding the business and enjoying the role.To apply: Please provide a Word document CV and direct to Garry Connell using the appropriate link and quoting reference #10512.
