We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Certificate III Trainee in Early Childhood Education and Care to join our Exceeding National Quality Standard (NQS) preschool.

As an Exceeding NQS preschool, we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional standard of early childhood education.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in Early Childhood Education and Care. As a Certificate III Trainee, you will be enrolled in a nationally accredited training program with TAFE NSW while gaining hands-on experience working with children in an experienced and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and delivery of early childhood education programs.
Support the implementation of activities and experiences that promote children's development and learning.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children.
Assist with routine activities, including meals, rest times, and transitions.
A willingness to learn and follow service policies and procedures.

Skills and Attributes:

Interest in working with young children and contributing to their growth and development.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Willingness to learn and work towards obtaining your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Commitment to maintaining a high standard of care and education.
Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain one).

Qualifications:

No prior experience necessary – we will support your learning and development throughout the traineeship.
Must be eligible to complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
