About the Centre:
Guardian Manly Guardian Childcare & Education Manly is a beautiful, open-plan center located in the heart of Manly. Our play-based early childhood education programs foster nurturing and stimulating environments for children aged six weeks to six years, allowing them to discover the world in a safe and secure setting.
Our Manly day care and child care centre is conveniently situated for families living in surrounding suburbs such as Manly, Manly Vale, Balgowlah, Fairlight and Queenscliff.
The Opportunity:
Working closely with your fellow Lead Educator, Educators, and the Centre Leadership Team, you will:Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the wider community.Lead and guide teams in creating and implementing innovative early learning programs that reflect current best practices.Document and share children's learning and development with families.Actively contribute to the implementation of the Guardian Curriculum.Engage in professional learning and development programs within a collaborative environment. To Be Considered, You Will Have:A Certificate III/Working towards Diploma/ Working towards Tertiary education in Early Childhood.Prior experience in long day-care settings.Sound knowledge of the NQF and the EYLF, and the ability to implement these frameworks.A current Working with Children's Check (WWCC for NSW).
