The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven CEO/General Manager with deep automotive industry knowledge and a successful track record in scaling multi-site businesses. This role involves overseeing daily operations, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence while upholding our legacy of exceptional service and innovation.
Key Responsibilities: Research & Development: Identify and explore new automotive industry verticals, driving innovation and expanding service offerings to ensure long-term business growth.Strategic Growth & Expansion: Lead the national rollout of the vehicle mobility modifications division and establish industry-first service models.Operational Excellence: Oversee operations across 8 locations, ensuring optimal performance in all business verticals.Partnership Development: Cultivate strong relationships with OEM suppliers, insurance companies, and key industry partners.Leadership & Culture: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing management team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.Financial Oversight: Set and monitor profitability targets, ensure effective budgeting, and implement strategic financial plans.Industry Innovation: Champion continuous improvement, process automation, and adoption of emerging automotive technologies.About You: Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in automotive services, particularly in multi-site management and service diversification.Business Expansion Success: Proven history of scaling businesses, launching new services, and driving sustainable revenue growth.Leadership Excellence: A visionary leader capable of inspiring and managing teams in a fast-paced, evolving industry.Innovation-Driven: Enthusiastic about embracing new technologies and market innovations.Business Acumen: Strong financial management, strategic planning, and contract negotiation skills.Remuneration Package: Base Salary: Starting at AU$250,000 per year, with potential increases tied to business performance.
Performance-Based Increments: Annual Growth Bonus: Up to AU$25,000 for exceeding revenue targets.Profit Margin Incentive: Up to AU$15,000 annually for improving company profit margins.Long-Term Incentives: Equity Participation: Opportunity to earn equity in the company based on performance and tenure.Career Development Fund: Annual allocation for professional development, certifications, and leadership training.Innovation Milestone Bonus: Significant financial bonuses for launching successful new business verticals or introducing industry-first innovations.Business Growth Share: Profit-sharing based on meeting or exceeding multi-year revenue and profitability targets.Work Arrangements: The Directors will work with the selected candidate to establish a travel schedule that ensures effective on-site management and operational oversight across all 8 fixed locations. Remote work options will be supported where appropriate, balancing in-office responsibilities and travel commitments.
