Our Ideal Candidate Will Meet the Following Selection Criteria: Exposure to and/or experience with the RIE approach Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills Enthusiastic, dedicated and reliable professional who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and willing to grow with the service Prepared to drive and lead innovative and unique programming and practice for the team and implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy Ability and motivation to build positive and inclusive relationships and meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children and the wider community.
Valid Blue Card Significant Centre Manager and/or senior leadership experience in an Early Childhood setting Immediately available for full-time work, 5 days a week, all shifts the service is operational and able to be flexible when needed Recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree, or working towards, otherwise must hold an ACECQA approved Diploma qualification Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates as well as Child Protection training (or willing to obtain/refresh as required).
