Centre Manager - Sunshine Coast & North Brisbane

Seeking a Centre Manager that enjoys being hands-on and can utilise their experience for a portfolio of 4 shopping centres in the Sunshine Coast and North Brisbane.
Key responsibilities:Reporting to the owner, you will be required to manage the day-to-day operations of this shopping centre including but not limited to:
Weekly and monthly reportingRent reviews and renewalsPreparing and analysing quarterly budget reviewsManaging policies and procedures in line with owner objectives, investment strategies and occupier requirements to ensure the asset strategy aligns with the owners vision for successSkills and experience: Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a Centre Manager position is idealStrong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyHigh attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of financial acumenAbility to manage all stakeholders' expectations, both internal and externalHow to apply:Hit APPLY, or contact us on the details below:
