They currently require an experienced Centre Manager for one of their Shopping Centres in Canberra, ACT Your responsibilities will include:Preparing the annual business planBudgeting and forecastingActively engaging with the local communityManaging relationships with retailersCollaborating with the Leasing team in identifying leasing opportunities Managing debtorsIdentifying opportunities for cost savingsReviewing and analysing centre performanceLeading the Centre Management team The successful candidate will be an experienced Centre Manager with excellent business acumen and exceptional communication. Outstanding leadership and management skills are essential as is competency in negotiation and conflict resolution. Most importantly you must able to develop strong relationships with retailers and other stakeholders. Any former experience working within a Centre Management team will be highly regarded.
