From complete home renovations to knock down re-builds, they have developed a strong reputation as a trusted builder across the North Shore and Northern Beaches market. Working with renowned architects and interior designers, their projects will range anywhere from $4M - $11M. We are now seeking a highly experienced working Foreman to join their construction team for a $5M renovations based in Palm Beach. About the Role The right candidate will a long history of experience working across high-end and luxury residential builds, ideally across the North Shore or the Northern Beaches. They will be supported by a Project Manager, a Contracts Administrator and a Leading Hand Carpenter. You will need to posses strong time management skills and the ability to thrive in a challenging and fast paced environment, and will be self-motivated.You will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction from early services and excavation until handover with the client.
