A leading Property Owner and Operator in Australia, this company has a growing portfolio of Shopping Centres across the country.

The Role:

The opportunity has come up for a Centre Manager to join one of their well-performing Sydney assets. Career progression, support, and professional development are key elements of their employment strategy.

Key responsibilities will include: Oversee all aspects of the shopping centre's operations, including leasing, tenant relations, property maintenance, marketing, and financial performance. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive foot traffic, enhance the tenant mix, and maximise revenue opportunities. Foster strong relationships with tenants, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative campaigns and events that attract shoppers and enhance the overall shopping experience. Oversee capital improvement projects, renovations, and maintenance initiatives to ensure the shopping centre remains a top-tier destination. Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, financial reports, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies. The Ideal Candidate: Experience in the Shopping Centre industry, ideally as a Shopping Centre Manager or Retail Manager. Strong client-oriented approach, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels. Strong passion and ability to work within a team. Capacity to handle multiple matters and meet deadlines independently. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and managing end-of-month financials. Proactive and self-motivated, contributing value to the team. Excellent organisational and time management skills, along with strong written communication and problem-solving abilities.
