Want to make a difference?
Here is an opportunity for someone very special to join our team! Play's Kool Floreat is a boutique-style, 42-place centre which has been operated by the same family for almost twenty-four years.
If you have established your career in the childcare sector, you will understand the demands of such a challenging role but hopefully will also have experienced what can be achieved with a sound knowledge of our governing bodies' laws and regulations, the National Quality Standards, the EYLF, and possibly have experience with Xplor.
You will have been rewarded for your commitment and dedication and valued the relationships you have formed with staff and families.
You will have a passion for creating a nurturing and positive early learning environment, which will be evident to everyone who works in and attends the service.
A Centre Manager/Educational Leader for Play's Kool will also have a strong and consistent commitment to high standards in every area of service, exceptional time-management and creative marketing skills, and be an energetic and positive role model to the team.
It is our strong belief that the most influential role for a childcare centre manager is that of educational leader.
This person is chosen specifically for their years of experience, broad knowledge of the industry to impart to their team, and mature interpersonal skills to guide and lead their educators to high standards.
They would also gain insights into individual team members to encourage and appropriately delegate duties in a fair manner to allow educators to gain administration skills and progress as educators.
What you will discover in this workplace is very supportive management, a wonderfully caring and committed group of educators, beautiful families who have provided heartwarming reviews, and very happy children.
Remuneration and incentives commensurate with experience and performance are discussed at the interview level.
Your application will include the following questions:
