Territory Kids is thrilled to announce the opening of our new centre in Millner, NT. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Centre Director to lead this facility and create a high-quality, nurturing environment for children and families.
Role Overview:
As the Director, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of care and education, and manage a team of skilled educators. You will play a key role in fostering relationships with families, guiding staff, and ensuring the centre meets and exceeds industry standards.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the centre in delivering exceptional early childhood education Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and the community Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards Mentor and support a team of educators and staff members Manage centre budgets, enrolment, and resources effectively Implement innovative programs to encourage children's learning and development About You: Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent qualification) Extensive experience in a leadership role within early childhood education Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills Ability to foster a positive and inclusive environment Competitive salary package and supportive, family-oriented work culture.
