The key purpose of the Centre Manager is to provide leadership across multiple business functions at the Centre level, including operations, marketing, other income, administration and customer service.
The Centre Manager will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of centre's financial result, proactive retailer management and the centre's operational functions.
The Centre Manager plays a pivotal role in coaching and mentoring the onsite management team to build capability and engagement to ensure delivery of the Centres strategic objectives.
What will you bring? You will be an experienced Retail Professional who thrives on leading a team to deliver exceptional results whilst focusing on enriching community experiences. You will be recognised as an engaging people leader with an excellent customer focus and the ability to build and maintain successful relationships. You will be known for your commercial acumen and reporting skills and the ability to balance strategic and operational responsibilities. You will be a team player with strong financial and reporting skills, track record of building high performing teams and developing key talent and a solid track record of exceeding and meeting targets and objectives.
