About the Centre: Welcome to Riverstone Rise, a beautiful and serene coastal town on Boyne Island, just 13 km from Gladstone.
Our service is seeking a dedicated Centre Manager who is able to continue to promote the culture and support the families and children.
Our new ownership program allows you to be in control of the business whilst supporting and mentoring your wonderful long-standing educators.
About the Role Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
Mentor and support the centre/s to meet/exceed the National Quality Standards.
About you A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
A current Working with Children's Check.
Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
