About the Centre: We are a 119 place centre located in the heart of Ryde. Our six spacious rooms provide a nurturing and supportive environment for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Our large team of educators enjoy a culture where milestones, achievements and strengths are recognized. We take pride in our school readiness program, which prepares children for their transition to primary school. Our dedicated team of educators go Above and Beyond to create a fun and engaging atmosphere that fosters a love for learning. About the Role Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets. Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service. Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards. About you A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification. Strong experience in a Centre Manager role. A current Working with Children's Check. Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards. Why work for Affinity?
