Lead a professional team to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive.Foster lasting relationships with families, ensuring they feel informed and confident in our care.Develop a culture of quality and safety that makes Guardian the centre of choice in your community.Contribute to Guardian's mission by making your centre financially sustainable and investing in high-quality education for young children across Australia.RequirementsTo be considered, you'll need:
A completed Diploma in Children's Services and/or Bachelor of Education (or working towards it).Prior experience in a leadership role within a long day-care centre.Practical knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).Budget and financial accountability experience.Current First Aid and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, along with a valid Working with Children check.Apply NowReady to take the next positive step in your career?
