We are in search of an exceptional Commercial Property Manager to work with key stakeholders on a landmark asset on the fringe of the Perth CBD. The ideal candidate will possess over five years of experience in Commercial and/or Retail Property Management, showcasing strategic and proficient management of a busy precinct that includes both commercial and retail components.
You will join a collaborative team and be fully supported by Leasing, Facilities, Marketing and Finance teams in this extremely rewarding role. The successful candidate will demonstrate proven experience in a Management role, highlighting an ability to ensure the performance of the asset is maximised, across both the operational and commercial areas.
A proactive mindset, strategic thinking, and a strong commitment to achieving the best results for all stakeholders are crucial. This role requires close collaboration with the senior leadership team and all key stakeholders involved with the asset, making your ability to communicate effectively and foster positive, productive relationships essential.
Responsibilities of the role include: Deliver efficient and cost-effective management of the asset • Position the asset to safeguard its investment performance in comparison to competitive properties in the area.
Collaborate enthusiastically with the Lease Equity team, encompassing Leasing, Finance, and relevant Directors, to achieve both short-term and long-term objectives for the asset • Implement end to end lease management, including lease compliance matters
• Professionally lead the onsite team consisting of Facilities, Marketing and Administration
Explore proactive strategies to enhance the financial standing of the asset. • Manage policies and procedures in line with owner objectives, investment strategies and occupier requirements
• Prepare cash flow budgets, including analysis and forecasting of retail performance
Gain influence for the asset through meetings with the local council and engagemewith the community. The successful candiate should demonstrate: Great leadership skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Professional work ethic and polished presentation The ability to build relationships with stakeholders quickly and manage client expectations Advanced communication skills and a proactive and professional approach Strong background in Property Management Systems such as MRI or Cirrus8, together with Excel and Powerpoint A driver's licence and Real Estate Certificate are required for this role.
