The successful candidate will demonstrate proven experience in a Management role, highlighting an ability to ensure the performance of the asset is maximised, across both the operational and commercial areas.A proactive mindset, strategic thinking, and a strong commitment to achieving the best results for all stakeholders are crucial. This role requires close collaboration with the senior leadership team and all key stakeholders involved with the asset, making your ability to communicate effectively and foster positive, productive relationships essential.Responsibilities of the role include:Deliver efficient and cost-effective management of the CentrePosition the asset to safeguard its investment performance in comparison to competitive properties in the area.Collaborate enthusiastically with the Lease Equity team, encompassing Leasing, Finance, and relevant Directors, to achieve both short-term and long-term objectives for the assetImplement end to end lease management, including lease compliance mattersProfessionally lead the onsite team consisting of Facilities, Marketing and AdministrationExplore proactive strategies to enhance the financial standing of the asset.Manage policies and procedures in line with owner objectives, investment strategies and occupier requirementsPrepare cash flow budgets, including analysis and forecasting of retail performanceGain influence for the asset through meetings with the local council and by engaging with the community.The successful candidate should demonstrate:Great leadership skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyProfessional work ethic and polished presentationThe ability to build relationships with stakeholders quickly and manage client expectationsAdvanced communication skills and a proactive and professional approachStrong background in Property Management Systems such as MRI or Cirrus8, together with Excel and PowerpointA driver's licence and Real Estate Certificate are required for this role.This is a full-time role with all associated benefits.All material and applications are treated in strict confidence.
