We are currently looking for an experienced centre manager in the early years.

About the role:
$90, 000 - $110, 000 + super + incentives (negotiable) Redland region of QLD.
Full-time permanent position  Manage the logistics and operations of a combined Early Years and OSHC service  OSHC Manager reports to the Centre Manager Lead a team of Educators, Teachers and Assistant Director Establish positive relationships with the families and community.

2+ years experience as a Centre Manager in Early Years Problem-solving and strong management experience Understanding of the My Time Our Place Learning Framework Understanding of the NQF and NQS Confidence in managing large service operations Experience leading a high-quality program Willing to mentor and establish development strategies for educators when required Anila Recruitment are specialist recruiters on a mission to change the face of recruitment in the OSHC and Early Years Sector.
