About the Role As the Centre Manager at Atlantis Early Learning Yanchep Vertex, you'll set the tone for a positive, enriching environment, guiding a team that embodies professionalism, compassion, and dedication. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Leading a Centre: Oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on providing the best learning environment possible. Mentoring a High-Performing Team: Lead, guide, and support educators, food coordinators, and trainees in their roles, nurturing a culture of professional growth and excellence. Creating a Collaborative Culture: Champion a positive team atmosphere where everyone feels valued and inspired. Building Relationships: Engage with the local community, fostering strong bonds with families and boosting enrolment. Ensuring Quality & Compliance: Uphold the highest standards in care, education, and safety, with a firm grasp of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Qikkids Software. What We're Looking For: Experienced Leader: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role with a proven ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team. Qualifications: Diploma in ECE (or equivalent) or Bachelor of ECE, along with all relevant certifications for child safety. Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding interpersonal skills to build relationships, handle challenges, and create a culture of trust and support.
