The Opportunity As the Centre Director, you will lead a passionate team of educators, guiding the delivery of exceptional early childhood education. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the curriculum, ensuring it aligns with their vision of nurturing each child's potential, managing daily operations, and ensuring that the service is exceeding the national quality standard and is always fully compliant with regulations. You will build and maintain strong community connections, implement innovative educational practices, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. What You Bring: A genuine passion for making a difference in children's lives.Proven experience in early childhood education and leadership at a senior level.Strong knowledge of early childhood development and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with families and the community.A commitment to fostering an inclusive and dynamic learning environment.Ability to manage and mentor a diverse team of educators.Proficiency in operational tasks, including budgeting, compliance, and staff management.A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA assessed equivalent.If you are ready to take on this rewarding role, we would love to hear from you!
