Service Manager Sparrow Early Learning Sippy Downs Full-time Role We are looking for an exceptionally experienced, knowledgeable, welcoming and dedicated Service Manager who: Has a deep commitment to play-based Early Childhood Education & Care and is looking for a long-term opportunityIs driven by the love of inspiring young minds and creating dynamic & supportive work environmentsIs passionate about building strong, collaborative & effective relationships within the service and communityAbout the Role:
As our Service Manager you will have the experience to positively and enthusiastically lead, inspire and manage our team of Early Learning superstars.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Service in line with our company policies & procedures, targets and legislative requirements.
You will model compliance, leadership, creativity and innovation while ensuring a safe, positive and fun space for all.
You will demonstrate commitment to customer service and an ability to build, nurture and maintain excellent relationships with our team, our families, our children and the wider community.
Our Sippy Downs childcare centre has a vision to create a welcoming space for children filled with awe and wonder; thoughtfully designed for play, learning, creation and social connection.
