We're that local (Not-For-Profit) Early Learning Centre (ELC) on the corner of Keesing & Dempster Street (Port Hedland, WA) who's all about inspiring and nurturing children to become independent little butterflies.

We're looking for a ELC Centre Director ready to work their magic!

You'll then ask yourself the BIG question; 'How can we provide a service that enriches our community, and allows children, families and educators to grow in body, mind and spirit?' To answer this, you'll collaborate with your team of skilled educators, chair staff meetings, conduct performance reviews, facilitate staff training sessions, uphold YMCA policies, procedures and design/implement a high-quality learning curriculum.

You'll be great in this role if you… Have a degree or diploma in Early Childhood or equivalentCan obtain First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis CertificatesUnderstand the National Quality Framework & National Education & Care Services Regulations 2012Have experience as a Director / Centre Manager or Assistant Director (or similar) in an early childhood settingRetain knowledge in child development / high-quality programming practices.Have an understanding of financial and administrative functionsCan obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children cardHow to apply: Click on the "Apply" button below to submit your application.
