We are seeking an experienced Centre Director to join our service in Shellharbour .
Little Zak's Academy Shellharbour is a purpose-built, state-of-the-art early learning centre with the capacity to care for 138 children, providing exceptional care and education to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Conveniently located in the heart of Shellharbour, our centre boasts spacious indoor and outdoor learning environments, equipped with modern resources to foster children's exploration, creativity, and growth.
About the role: As Centre Director, your responsibility and time will be spent on staff and their development and operations of the centre. Your commitment to leading a service on its path to exceptional quality is endless and you have the support of a dedicated team that shares your vision. You are a People Leader – you know how to get the best out of your team for the ultimate benefit to children and families.
